Tom is an expert litigator and the founding partner of the Dickson Law Group. For over 30 years, he’s helped clients prevail in their real estate, construction, and business law matters. In short, Tom has seen it all. Regardless of how complicated or challenging a client’s issue may be, he will guide it to the most successful possible outcome. In his free time, you can catch Tom spending time with his kids and grandchildren.

The core of Rob’s legal practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate, and business law. He represents a wide range of clients, from large construction companies to individual homeowners. His is a practical approach to law, which strives to balance the need for a successful legal outcome with a client’s financial goals (or constraints).

Shad's legal practice is motivated by a passion for community. By providing excellent legal services to business and individuals he is able to make a difference. He has served as the Business Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board.

Daniel is a Sr. Accountant with five years of experience supporting small to mid-market businesses with general management, accounting through the closing of the books and preparing financials. He is a CPA candidate with industry, general audit and tax background.

Brandt is a recent graduate in economics from Washington State University, where he also studied accounting and finance. At the Dickson Law Group, Brandt utilizes his expertise as an accounting specialist who oversees the firm’s financial records and advises the partners on management and budgeting strategies. In his free time, Brandt enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in community service and just about any outdoor activity you can imagine. Recently, he proposed to his High School sweetheart and she said, "yes." They will be getting married this summer.

Jessica is an experienced paralegal and real estate transactions expert. After obtaining her degree from the University of Washington, Jessica helped manage real estate sales for a development company, becoming fluent in the process and documentation utilized to close those types of transactions. When she’s not assisting clients with their distressed properties, Jessica is spending time with her son and daughter.
