Attorney Daniel K. WalkA native of the Pacific Northwest, Dan is happy to practice law in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area where he can help his neighbors achieve their legal goals. In his time away from the office, you’ll find Dan enjoying time with his family, reading a good book, or shamelessly rooting for the Mariners and Seahawks.
After serving a mission for his church (in Ukraine) and spending a few years in the work force (retail and labor), he decided to go to school and get his Bachelor’s Degree (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics) where he also spent a semester as an intern with the Washington State Senate. He began his legal studies immediately thereafter and spent his first summer break as a legal intern with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, with whom he ended up working for the next year and a half while finishing law school.
Dan’s current practice is primarily focused on estate planning, probate, real estate, land use, and litigation. He represents a wide range of clients which necessitates being both diligent and flexible. He takes a reasoned and logical approach to the law in an effort to find the best resolution possible for his clients while accounting for their financial goals and constraints.
