Tom is an experienced litigator and the founding partner of the Dickson Law Group. For over 30 years, he helped clients prevail in real estate, construction, and business cases. He is the Co-Editor of and author in the LexisNexis Practice Guide, Washington Real Estate Litigation. Tom was the WLPM Chair and Chief Author of and now a contributing author in the Real Estate/Land Use Sections of the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual. He has presented in legal seminars for Lorman, NBI, IPE, and bar associations on subjects involving real estate, subdivision, eminent domain, and construction. Formerly Chair of the Puget Sound District of the Pacific Harbors Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Tom now serves as its chief counsel.
The core of Rob’s legal practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate, and business law. He represents a wide range of clients, from large construction companies to individual homeowners. His is a practical approach to law, which strives to balance the need for a successful legal outcome with a client’s financial goals (or constraints). Outside of his private practice, Rob serves as an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law where he teaches real estate litigation.
Mark’s legal practice focuses on civil litigation, real estate law, business law and family law. He works tirelessly to help his clients achieve the outcome they are looking for.
Elizabeth Thompson’s practice is devoted to civil litigation and her emphasis is on accessibility to her clients. She has experience handling a wide variety of civil cases, including real property, property damage claims, unlawful detainers and evictions, construction and contract disputes, municipal law and probate issues. She has also practiced in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She is licensed in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. She also has experience practicing at the appellate level, including before the Washington State Court of Appeals (Divisions I and II) and at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Dan's legal practice focuses on civil litigation, real estate law, business law and probate law. He has more than 10 years of experience as an attorney serving clients throughout Western Washington.
Shad's legal practice is motivated by a passion for community. By providing excellent legal services to business and individuals he is able to make a difference. He has served as the Business Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board.
Bryon has a diverse background in the law. After graduating law school he worked in criminal defense before coming to the Dickson Law Group. At the firm, he specializes in family law.
