Thomas L. Dickson

Tom is an expert litigator and the founding partner of the Dickson Law Group. For over 30 years, he’s helped clients prevail in their real estate, construction, and business law matters. In short, Tom has seen it all. Regardless of how complicated or challenging a client’s issue may be, he will guide it to the most successful possible outcome. In his free time, you can catch Tom spending time with his kids and grandchildren.

Robert P. Dickson

The core of Rob’s legal practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate, and business law. He represents a wide range of clients, from large construction companies to individual homeowners. His is a practical approach to law, which strives to balance the need for a successful legal outcome with a client’s financial goals (or constraints). Outside of his private practice, Rob serves as an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law where he teaches real estate litigation.

Brandt Lyse

Brandt is a recent graduate in economics from Washington State University, where he also studied accounting and finance. At the Dickson Law Group, Brandt utilizes his expertise as an accounting specialist who oversees the firm’s financial records and advises the partners on management and budgeting strategies. In his free time, Brandt enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in community service and just about any outdoor activity you can imagine. Recently, he proposed to his High School sweetheart and she said, "yes." They will be getting married this summer.

Jessica M. Johnson Paralegal

Jessica M. Johnson

Jessica is an experienced paralegal and real estate transactions expert. After obtaining her degree from the University of Washington, Jessica helped manage real estate sales for a development company, becoming fluent in the process and documentation utilized to close those types of transactions. When she’s not assisting clients with their distressed properties, Jessica is spending time with her son and daughter.

Hilary M. Scarbrough Legal Assistant

Hilary M. Scarbrough

The Dickson Law Group is fortunate to have Hilary as its legal assistant. After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Pacific Lutheran University, Hilary began her professional career with Wells Fargo. This soon changed after the law firm’s office manager observed her workplace skills first hand. Hilary was offered (and accepted) a position with the firm shortly thereafter. On a day-to-day bases, Hilary fulfills a vital role in making the office function efficiently: whether it be greeting clients, managing calendars, or helping attorneys stay organized, she serves an important role in the office. Outside the office, Hilary loves comic books and is known to have the occasional “bad movie” night. Hilary is also fond of animals, and loves spending time with her puppy Lily.
