Tom is an expert litigator and the founding partner of the Dickson Law Group. For over 30 years, he’s helped clients prevail in their real estate, construction, and business law matters. In short, Tom has seen it all. Regardless of how complicated or challenging a client’s issue may be, he will guide it to the most successful possible outcome. In his free time, you can catch Tom spending time with his kids and grandchildren.
The core of Rob’s legal practice is civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction, real estate, and business law. He represents a wide range of clients, from large construction companies to individual homeowners. His is a practical approach to law, which strives to balance the need for a successful legal outcome with a client’s financial goals (or constraints). Outside of his private practice, Rob serves as an adjunct professor at the Seattle University School of Law where he teaches real estate litigation.
Mark’s legal practice focuses on civil litigation, real estate law, business law and family law. He works tirelessly to help his clients achieve the outcome they are looking for.
Elizabeth Thompson’s practice is devoted to civil litigation and her emphasis is on accessibility to her clients. She has experience handling a wide variety of civil cases, including real property, property damage claims, unlawful detainers and evictions, construction and contract disputes, municipal law and probate issues. She has also practiced in the area of Plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. She is licensed in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. She also has experience practicing at the appellate level, including before the Washington State Court of Appeals (Divisions I and II) and at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Dan's legal practice focuses on civil litigation, real estate law, business law and probate law. He has more than 10 years of experience as an attorney serving clients throughout Western Washington.
Shad's legal practice is motivated by a passion for community. By providing excellent legal services to business and individuals he is able to make a difference. He has served as the Business Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board.
Daniel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than seven years of accounting experience supporting small to mid-market businesses in tax preparation, financial statement reviews, general accounting and preparation of financial statements.
Amber joined Dickson Law Group with over 20 years of experience in office management and accounting. Amber has a strong background in construction accounting, having spent over 10 years working as the Credit Department Manager for a local subcontractor. Amber also has over 10 years of experience as a successful small business owner where she continued to hone both her accounting and management skills.
Today, Amber serves as Dickson Law Group’s Controller, managing the accounting operations of the Firm, working with the Firm’s leadership team on management and budgeting strategies, and managing the day to day operations of the office. Amber is a runner and regularly trains for marathon and half marathon races. She loves to cook healthy foods, and participates in outdoor activities with her family in her spare time.
Sheri graduated from the National Academy for Paralegal Studies in 1992 obtaining a Paralegal Degree. Sheri has 20 years experience in the legal field and over 15 years experience as a paralegal. The areas in which she has served as a paralegal include family law, personal injury, maritime, workers’ compensation, probate, estate planning, real estate and property law. Sheri served as a registered Rule 7 Legal Assistant with the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association from 2002 to 2010 and has been a Notary Public since 2002. In her spare time, Sheri enjoys crossfit and running with the Tacoma Runners.
Megan recently graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Megan is a member of the university’s Pre Law Society, Tau Sigma National Honor Society and Golden Key International Honor Society. Megan also actively volunteers as a member of the Humane Society. Megan works with the respective attorneys in the real estate, probate, and business-related matters at the firm. Whether it pertains to her work at the firm, academics, or volunteer service, you can count on Megan to work rigorously until the task is accomplished and perfected. Upon graduation, Megan plans on becoming fluent in Arabic and attending law school to become a federal prosecutor.
Moises began his professional career by serving in the military as an Airborne Ranger assigned to 2nd Ranger Battalion/75th Ranger Regiment. After numerous combat deployments, he finished his military obligations and attended the University of Washington, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice. His attention to detail, courtesy, and willingness to pursue the greater good has motivated him to pursue a career in law. When not at the office, Moises enjoys spending his free time at the gym and reading.
