Kevin Hayes

Attorney

Kevin Hayes Kevin Hayes is a civil litigation attorney who represents clients in complex disputes involving real estate, contracts, construction, regulatory, and business matters. His practice is focused on real estate and related litigation, including disputes over property rights, land use, and commercial agreements. Kevin works with individuals, businesses, and property owners to navigate high-stakes conflicts and develop practical, results-oriented strategies.

Kevin has experience handling matters in both judicial and administrative settings through all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and motion practice through resolution at settlement or trial. Before joining Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess PLLC, Kevin founded and managed his own law practice, where he developed a strong foundation in client service, case strategy, and business operations. That experience continues to inform his approach to advocacy: responsive, pragmatic, and focused on achieving efficient, effective outcomes for his clients.

Kevin is also active in the local legal community and currently serves as Chair of the Thurston County Bar Association’s Real Estate, Land Use, and Environmental Law Section.

Outside the office, Kevin enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and their two high-energy dogs, often seeking out new hiking trails and time outdoors.
