Clemencia Castro - Woolery Clemencia is a business attorney with substantial experience in employment law, business transactions and banking law. As part of her employment practice, Clemencia also helps employers with investigations and manager training. Clemencia’s business and banking practice includes drafting and negotiating the purchase and sale of businesses and real property, corporate formation and business “separations” as well as assisting banks and other lenders with all aspects of banking finance and loan documentation. Prior to joining Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, Clemencia co-founded Ledger Square Law, P.S. and was a partner with Eisenhower & Carlson, PLLC.
