As a Partner at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, Daniel is active in the firm’s civil litigation department. His practice is mainly centered around real estate law, landlord-tenant law, contract law, and probate/trust law.
Daniel graduated from University of Washington School of Law, where he developed an interest in solving complex questions and resolving disputes. Part of his time in law school was spent working for the Washington State Court of Appeals. He completed his undergraduate studies at Seattle University, obtaining a degree in English Literature, with honors. Prior to beginning work at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, Daniel operated his own firm as a solo attorney for nearly 5 years.
