Inge Fordham
Attorney Inge Fordham
Inge is a senior litigation attorney at Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, with substantial experience in construction, construction defect, and real estate disputes. Inge spent the first several years of her career at a boutique law firm in Seattle, where her practice focused on representing homeowners in construction defect and real estate disputes. She then “switched sides” and spent the next several years representing developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related disputes.
Inge’s diverse experience enables her to counsel clients with an understanding of how owners and contractors approach disputes. This skill set is useful in negotiations and the pursuit or defense of claims that escalate to litigation. Having worked as insurance-appointed defense counsel, Inge also has the knowledge necessary to counsel clients through claims involving homeowners and general liability insurance. Inge also assists clients in reviewing, interpreting, negotiating, and drafting construction-related contracts. Additionally, Inge represents clients in matters involving real estate, business, and probate law.
