Shasta L. Kelley Shasta grew up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs in and around Pierce and South King County. After graduating from Gonzaga University with her degree in Business Administration focusing on Finance and Law and Public Policy, she worked for her family’s development and property management company before going on to pursue her law degree. In her role as an attorney, Shasta strives to provide proactive planning and creative problem solving for individuals, families, investors, and businesses alike to help protect what matters most to them.

Prior to joining Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, PLLC, Shasta was an associate attorney with Ledger Square Law, P.S. in Tacoma where she practiced in the areas of Business and Real Estate.

Shasta’s practice includes a wide range of property, real estate and business matters, including business formation, acquisition, and succession planning, contract drafting and review, as well as partnership and contract disputes, wind-up, and dissolution. She enjoys the constructive aspect of her job in providing common-sense advice and creative solutions, so her clients can stay focused on what they do best.
